SUMMARY OF RESPIRATORY AND HYGIENE SAFETY MEASURES

  • Mandatory use of a mask and nose, goggles or glasses and gloves.

  • The entry or stay of people without a mask covering the nose, mouth and chin will not be allowed.

  • Wash hands for 60 seconds with soap and water each time gloves are removed. The company will provide alcohol gel.

  • Do not share sunscreens, lipsticks, moisturizers, clothing or parts of the equipment such as helmets, gloves and goggles.

  • Do not share, without prior disinfection, devices such as headphones, handies or cell phones.

  • Respect the interpersonal distance of 1 person every 2.25 m2.

  • Online purchase of all services is recommended to avoid waiting lines at the windows.

  • Group photos must respect interpersonal distance.

  • People over 60 years of age, those with cardiovascular diseases, high blood pressure, chronic lung conditions, diabetes, cancer or immunosuppression, and pregnant women are recommended to avoid visiting the complex as they have risk factors.

  • Skiers who have suspicious symptoms such as coughs or colds, even if they are mild, will NOT be allowed to stay in the facilities.

  • In the event of a suspicious case being detected, the company has an isolation area where they must remain until they are referred to the local health center.

  • Pedestrian entry: all visitors who carry out other activities such as snowshoeing, snowmobiling, cross-country skiing or sledding, must comply with the same rules established for skiers.

TRANSFERS TO THE SKI CENTER

  • One must enter the vehicle one at a time.

  • The location inside the vans must be alternated leaving a seat between each person.

  • A mask must be worn at all times and gloves must not be removed.

  • The first row of seats will be free to avoid being close to the driver.

EQUIPMENT RENTAL

  • Attention to people in the risk group will be prioritized.

  • The minimum distance in waiting lines and during dressing must be respected.

  • Clothing, shoes, bags, purses, or other belongings should not be sprayed or rubbed with alcohol, bleach, or other disinfectant solutions. Neither the installation of "disinfectant cabins" since they can have harmful effects on health.

  • The belongings that remain in the Rental will be kept in a bag that the company will provide.

  • The rental staff will NOT help skiers to put on their equipment.

  • All equipment will be disinfected.
